Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:

 

The attached annual report of the Battle Creek Tax Increment Finance Authority for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 is approved and the City Clerk shall publish the report in a newspaper of general circulation.

The Battle Creek Tax Increment Finance Authority (BCTIFA) is required by state law to approve and submit to the City Commission an annual report of its prior year's fiscal activities.
DISCUSSION OF THE ISSUE

POSITIONS
The BCTIFA approved its annual report at the regular meeting on January 19, 2016.
