Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
Unforeseen events necessitate adjustments to the City's budget from time to time. This resolution approves year end adjustments in the General Fund, Local Street Fund, Major Street Fund, and Public Safety Communications Fund of the City for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 as presented on the attached worksheet.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on June 21, 2016.

| BUDGETARY CONSIDERATIONS
| Unexpected events dictate the necessity for budget adjustments before year end. These adjustments are expected to alleviate any expenditure-over-budget situations in the general and special revenue funds for the year ending June 30, 2016 based on estimates. The general fund adjustments are in line with the estimates that were provided at the May budget workshop. |
