Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
That a Closed Session of the City Commission shall be held during regular City Commission Meeting of Tuesday, June 21, 2016, in Room 302A, City Hall, Battle Creek, Michigan, as permitted under Section 8 (c) "For strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement when either negotiating party requests a closed hearing,” of Act 267, Public Acts of 1976 of the State of Michigan. The City has requested a closed session.
Rebecca L. Fleury is hereby appointed as the designated secretary to record and prepare appropriate minutes of this Closed Session.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on June 21, 2016.
