Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
The City Manager is authorized to execute amendment A1 to MDOT contract 2015-0112 which provided funds for the design of the rehabilitation of runway 5L/23R at the W.K. Kellogg Airport. The original contract was approved by the City Commission via Resolution No. 59 on January 6, 2015.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on August 4, 2015.
