Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
This Resolution appoints Patrick Barnett to the Historic District Commission with a term to expire on January 1, 2017, to replace Eric Greene.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on September 15, 2015.

HISTORY, BACKGROUND and DISCUSSION
| This Commission is charged under State Law and local ordinance with reviewing plans for the exterior modification or demolition of buildings within the Federal, State, or Local Historic Districts. It is composed of seven (7) members who shall reside in the City, and one of whom shall be a duly registered architect. The appointing authority is the Mayor with concurrence of the City Commission.
