Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
That, Section 802.24 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Battle Creek provides the City Commission shall, from time to time, by resolution, enact a schedule of fees required to be paid, bonds required to be posted, and insurance required to be carried. The fee, bond, and/or insurance is required to obtain a license to engage in the operation, conduct, or carrying on of any trade, profession, business, or privilege for which a license or permit is required by the Codified Ordinances. The amendments to the "2017 Fee, Bond, and Insurance Schedule" for the City of Battle Creek, attached hereto and made a part hereof, is adopted pursuant to Section 802.24 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Battle Creek and shall become effective July 1, 2017.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on June 20, 2017.
