Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:

  

That the following commissioners are appointed to the City Manager Performance Evaluation Committee:

 

Commissioner Kaytee Faris

Commissioner Susan Baldwin

Commissioner Sherry Sofia

Commissioner Chris Simmons

Mayor Mark Behnke (alternate)

Commissioner Jim Lance (alternate)

 

Terms for all members to expire on December 31, 2020.

HISTORY, BACKGROUND and  DISCUSSION
This Committee was created in 1987 for the purpose of evaluating the City Manager's performance and consists of four City Commissioners.  This past year the committee received input form city staff and commissioners to evaluate the city manager.  After the Committee reviews this information, it makes a recommendation to the entire Commission on any salary or benefit adjustments.
