Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
That the City of Battle Creek and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 25, AFL-CIO and its Local Union 1387, entered into a tentative contract agreement on December 9, 2019. The American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 25, AFL-CIO and its Local Union 1387 has notified the City that their membership ratified the tentative agreement on December 12, 2019.
This Resolution accepts the tentative agreement between the City of Battle Creek and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 25, AFL-CIO and its Local Union 1387, as the collective bargaining agreement between the parties for the period of July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2024, and authorizes the City Manager to sign the Agreement.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on December 17, 2019.
