Resolved by the Commission of the City of Battle Creek:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Contract No. 2021-010C with Utility Associates, Inc., for body worn cameras for the Police Department in an estimated amount of $737,300.00 with unit prices prevailing, which will be paid from account 401.14.4283.973.020 (Police Department Technology/BWC). The cost of this will be spread over five years.
I, Victoria Houser, City Clerk of the City of Battle Creek, hereby certify the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Battle Creek City Commission at a Regular meeting held on October 20, 2020.
